Drilona Emrullahu

Managing Director

Since 2009, Drilona’s vision and leadership have evolved RTC into one of Kosovo’s and the region’s most trusted research, consultancy and advisory services organisation operating at international standards. Alongside developing, leading and running the business and the dedicated RTC team, Drilona has also played a key role in winning, running and successfully managing 37 research and other projects for international development agencies, government institutions, the private sector, business associations and NGOs. Drilona is currently a fellow at Duke University – Sanford School of Public Policy as a Masters Candidate in International Development Policy and she also holds a dual-accredited (UK/US) BA Honours Degree in International Business from Richmond, The American International University in London. Drilona’s overall professional and educational experience spans across Kosovo, Albania, the UK and the United States.

Anisa Goshi

Lead Consultant and Project Manager

Anisa is a multi-lingual professional with an extensive track record in delivering outstanding senior level relationship, project, communications and media management. Anisa has demonstrable experience in running and managing successful projects for international NGOs, grassroots organisations and corporate businesses across borders. Anisa is trained in PRINCE II Project Management and runs an average of five key projects a year with another rolling 20 a month in various countries and locations from inception to close including budgeting and reporting. In the past two years, Anisa has become significantly involved with the effects of the conflict in Syria working in community building with registered and un-registered refugees from across Syria, as well as in humanitarian aid at various border crossing points. Anisa holds a dual-accredited (UK/US) BA Honours Degree in International Relations and Political Science from Richmond, The American International University in London and a first level certificate in Working in Conflict.

Lira Haxhijakupi

Project Officer

Lira has been part of the RTC team since September 2015 and is responsible for the effective coordination and monitoring of field research activities and rigour in the management and output of data entry officers. Lira also assists on an ad-hoc basis with project implementation, logistics and administrative needs and coordination. Lira has previous experience in customer care, database reporting and media monitoring from holding positions at the Kosovo Bankers Association and the Kosovo Pension Savings Trust among others. Lira holds a BA Degree in Marketing from the University of Pristina’s Faculty of Economics, as well as certificates from accredited trainings in ‘Making Markets Work for Women’, ‘Gender and Value Chain Management’ and ‘Reporting on Corporate Governance’ by the USAID Empower Private Sector Employment Programme (PPSE), the International Labour Organisation (ILO) and the International Finance Corporation (IFC) respectively.

Halit Kadriu


Halit is highly experienced multi-lingual professional, trainer and consultant with a long career in the region covering a variety of fields including advocacy to national institutions regarding Municipal development, project management and coordination, market and SME development, planning and implementation of the programmes related to public reform, assessment, business and more. Halit has worked and consulted as an expert for some of Kosovo’s, the region’s and the world’s largest donors, international organisations and NGOs. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and a Masters in Economical Transitions in Eastern Europe by University Paris I – The Pantheon Sorbonne, Paris.

Angjelina Krasniqi


Angjelina holds expertise in Local Government with many years of wide-ranging experience in supporting local government and Municipalities in decentralisation, as well as additional experience with a focus in NGO and central government work. For the past eight years, Angjelina has been sought after as a Local Governance Expert working on large projects commissioned by the EU, USAID, Swiss Helvetas Demos, Kosovo’s Government as well municipalities and NGOs. From January – June 2016, Angjelina worked as a Local Government Expert for RTC Consulting in developing capacity development plans for the Municipalities of Kline, Obliq and Istog. Angjelina holds a Degree in Economic Development, Finance and Entreprise from the University of Prishtina’s Faculty of Economics.

Ibrahim Kryeziu


Ibrahim has specialised in Local Governance since 2000. He has been working with RTC on a number of projects such as “Municipality Capacity-building and Strengthening of Inter-Ethnic Relations” in 2014 in municipalities of Gracanice, Kllokot and Shterpce, and from December 2015 – October 2016 “Strengthening Citizen Participation in the Municipality Decision-Making Process” in Istog, Kline, Shterpce and Kllokot.  Ibrahim holds a Masters of Economic Sciences and is currently a Phd candidate.
