RTC Consulting was contracted by CEZ Albania - part of CEZ Group, a conglomerate of 96 companies with core business in the generation, distribution, trade in and sales of electricity, heat, natural gas and coal extraction – to organise training services for its employees in the customer care department.
As part of the one year contract, RTC organised training activities for more than 200 employees in customer care centres located throughout Albania grouping them in five main locations across the north, centre and south of the country: Tirane, Korce, Shkoder, Fier, and Gjirokaster.
The sessions included training on:
• Microsoft Excel (basic and advanced)
• Word typing
• English language at all levels
• Soft skills and communication skills
• Problem solving
• Management of Customer Care Centres
